Return Policy

 We will accept returns for a full refund or store credit (whichever you prefer) for any new, unworn jewelry in the original packaging. After 30 days and before 90 days we will accept returns of new, unworn jewelry in the original packaging for store credit only. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns after 90 days, gift cards or for custom projects.

Shipping fees are non refundable.  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you would like to return an item please use the form on the contact us page and include the following information:

1.  order number

2.  reason for return

3.  name, address, email address & phone number

 We will then contact you shortly about the status of your return and after your return is approved we will email you a shipping return label to safely ship your return back to us.
